In a world with polarised views about who we are as humanity, it’s never been more important to understand and interpret the Bible, learning who God is and how He calls us to live.

The Bible has been misused and misrepresented in our culture to the point where people see this sacred book as a mythical, fiction book. Not something to think or care about.

We want to start the conversation around interpreting and understanding the Bible so it becomes a deep part of our lives.

We will explore:

• What is interpretation
• What is the Bible
• The importance of context
• Literary styles, design patterns and themes in the Bible
• Some myth busters (take a short look at the hard things in the Bible)
• Practical guides at studying and working through the Bible

A big part of the workshop will be connecting with a buddy who you’ll work with for the following 8 weeks (or more) to continue establishing great biblical habits.

We want this workshop to be a catalyst for helping shape a new appreciation and love for the Bible.
